Just follow the quick guide to flat stomach. Just put these 10 tips in your daily practice and you can easily get flat stomach. Start following these tips as soon as possible, this is the key for success.

Walk regularly:

Walk for 30 minutes at least 4 time in a week to burn your regular fat. If possible walk in early morning and walk at latest 1 minute after diner. These type of practice burn your regular fat.

Add a Fiber to your regular Diet:

Add fiber in your diet and reduce eating junk food like pizza, fast food etc. Eat fresh fruit and low boil vegetable regularly. If possible limit eating potatoes, pastas, and white rice and Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread.

Drink Low fat milk:

If you are not a sport girl, than always drink low fat milk (skim Milk) instead of whole milk.

Avoid Dairy product:

Avoid dairy products as much as possible, do not eat cake, Indian sweet, butter pizza, Butter, cream or ice cream. Instead of that that just use margarita (alternate to butter), Chocolate (work as anti oxidant).

Eat smaller meals:

Divide your diet in smaller meals instead of two or three big meals. This will improve your digestion.

Drink water as much as possible:

Drink water as much as possible this will make you and your skin healthy and also remove bad things from body via urine. Drink at least 2-3 litter water minimum.

Avoid Red meat and yellow part of egg:

Reduce intake of red meat and yellow part of egg, these content highly saturated fat and very hard to digest. Increase fruit and vegetable in your daily diet.

Take a break from healthy diet:

Yes! Take a break from your healthy diet, if possible take a fasting for one day, if not possible just eat pure vegetable and fruit for one day in a week.

Exercise:

Yes! If possible spend some time in gym or home doing exercise for flat stomach. Be careful if you are doing excerse at home, take a advice from good instructor or experience friend.

I think these steps are now more to start for flat stomach. Just start it as erly as possible. Fit these tips in your daily routine for better and healthy body  and life.
