I'm sorry. I meant ended in abortion at 6 weeks and 2 weeks pregnant, respectively. Not miscarriage

Hi. I am 30yrs old and I have an 8yr old daughter with my ex husband. I was pregnant twice after she was born which ended in miscarriage. My current fiance and I have been trying for 5 months now and nothing's happened. I know on average it takes about 6 months to a year to conceive but I just don't understand. If I was able to get pregnant 3 times without planning, why is it taking so long now? And at what point do I have my gynecologist look into this? Thanks
